Author Instructions

All submissions must present original and unpublished work that is not currently under consideration elsewhere. Submissions can have up to 8 pages formatted according to the standard

IMPORTANT:

To participate in the NSIMCE-2025 conference, authors need to create an account on the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Follow these steps:

1.      Navigate to the Registration Page: Visit CMT Login and click “Register”.

2.      Fill in Required Information: Complete all required fields, indicated by an asterisk (*).

3.      Verification: After registration, check your email for a verification link. If you don’t receive it, check your spam/junk folder and ensure your email was entered correctly.

RECOMMENDATIONS :

Poster presentation guidelines :

-         The recommended poster size is A1 format.

-         The billboard number assigned to the poster must be placed in the upper left corner of the display.

-         Be sure to include the title of the abstract, the names of the author and co-author.

-         Include your email address.

-         Refer to your acceptance letter and/or final conference program for the time and location of your poster session.

-         The designated poster presenter (author or co-author) must be present in the assigned space during the designated time to discuss the presented wor

Oral presentation guidelines:

-         To ensure the oral sessions run efficiently, please take the time to read the following information:

-          Authors get a maximum of fifteen (10) minutes to present their paper.

-         A golden rule is to prepare only one slide per minute talk, which means a total of 10 (maximum 15 slides).

-         Five (5) minutes for questions and answers immediately thereafter.

At least one author of each accepted paper should send a video recorder and is expected to present the work online.
